Position Overview

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people. This role is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in creating a professional, friendly, and memorable experience at Pennfair Golf.

Golf knowledge is a plus-but a strong service mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional in-store experience
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Assist customers with retail purchases, basic product questions, and order status
• Schedule club fittings and lessons accurately
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Assist with inventory receiving, tagging, and restocking
• Support fitting staff and management with day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable with technology (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Golf interest or background preferred but not required
